Maiden Success for STARS OF CARRUM in the G2 Moonee Valley Vase

It doesn't get much bigger than Cox Plate Day and three clients found success at The Valley including Robbie Laing Racing who prepared STARS OF CARRUM to a maiden success in the Moonee Valley Vase.

A huge buzz for Adam Trinder and Anthony Darmanin who took out the Fillies Classic with MYSTIC JOURNEY while Astute Bloodstock enjoyed success with VENTURA STORM in the Moonee Valley Gold Cup.

ROYAL CELEBRATION would get Ron Quinton Racing Stables and favourite backers off to a good start and Randwick while ex-Victorian mare MINA HARKER got her day in the sun in the Highway Handicap for Marc Quinn. Portelli Racing didn't miss out when SINGLE BULLET also went home best.

The Williams team had a good day out in WA after Pierro filly ARCADIA QUEEN remained undefeated and MYSTERY MISS went three on the trot in the stakes level feature plus STAGEMAN in the last- both thanks to William Pike. Lindsey Smith Racing Stables saddled up SALON DU CHEVAL to success while Parnham Racing Stables and JERAFT saluted.

In Adelaide Eric Musgrove trained REWARDING LAUGHTER to victory while Richard Jolly Racing and HEAVEN’S DEAL made it three wins from five starts. Also Kym Hann Racing continues to make himself at home in Adelaide after LIKE TO THINK SO saluted.

No day in Darwin would be complete without the Gary Clarke team and KAPTAN APOLLO and MEAZZA ensured a double for the stable.
