Paul Preusker made the trip to Morphettville count on Saturday taking just two runners and using one rider Lewis German to win consecutive races with BLING DYNASTY and ARTY LUCAS.


The Horsham trainer was joined by Richard and Chantelle Jolly when grey mare BAYOU took home the last under Jake Toeroek. David Jolly Racing also scored well when ROCCABASCERANA was first past the post.


Cox Plate winning trainer Greg Eurell was right at home in The Valley winners stall after SASSY SALITAGE made it two starts for two wins and landed some good bets against the three-year-old fillies. ROMANCER is one enjoying the surrounds of Grahame Beggs training establishment and was too classy for his rivals after a good campaign, while $3,000 buy CONDOS EXPRESS for Laming Racing made it a Valley win and took things to the next level when winning the Listed McKenzie Stakes. Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr didnt miss their chance either when TAVISAN led from start to finish for favourite backers.


Brett Cavanough enjoyed success in the TAB Highway Handicap when CHARLOTTES HEART let down with a big run to claim the prize under Jason Collett. After a win in the Ebor later that night, Australian Bloodstock were also celebrating with Kris Lees after Irish import OUR CANDIDATE impressed with a comprehensive win over 2400 metres. SWEET DEAL also rewarded her followers with back-to-back Saturday wins for the inform John Thompson stable. Also with a great win was SAMADOUBT for Darby Racing.


Kelly Schweida hit the board early on the Gold Coast after 8yo iron horse OUTRAGED returned to winning form fourth-up from a spell for his eleventh win of his career. Michael Cahill partnered LANGHRO to victory for Steven ODea first-up from a spell for an all the way win while Stephen Lee got the best out of POLEMIC who was back in the winners list over 1800 metres. Lockwood Racing claimed a spectacular win with FRATELLINO which came with much excitement.


JP Taylor Racing scored a terrific win at Belmont with ZEPHYR QUEEN and so did Pope Racing Stables claiming first place with WITNESS IN COURT.
