Weekend ahead
Wangaratta
- Four runners will feature on home soil at the Wangaratta Turf Club’s meeting on Sunday. With the region experiencing rainfall over the past few days, a soft track may suit a few ADR gallopers.
- Sheila will jump from gate one in race four’s benchmark 58 (1100m) with a rain-affected track to enhance her chances, while Chairman’s Choice will feature in the same race from barrier four.
- Race five’s benchmark 58 (1100m) will see the in-form Turnaquid try her luck from barrier eight. - --- After a win and a second place finish from her last two starts, hoop Cory Parish will be confident his mount can perform.
- Wagunda will take on race eight’s benchmark 58 (1300m) from gate 14.

Month of May
- May was a successful month for the stable bringing six winners from 22 starts at a 27.3% strike rate. ADR now sits at 46 winners and will be hunting down the 50 milestone with two months left of the 2023/24 season.
- Eamonn’s Memory won twice in May, while Turnaquid, Confessed, Brenlyn’s Daisy and Wagunda all got on the board once.
- Jockey Cory Parish steered four of those winners home and is building a strong association with the stable.

Eamonn’s Memory
- Three wins from his part four starts will see Eamonn’s Memory head to Adelaide. The in-form five-year-old’s rating has climbed to 70 and will now get a crack at a higher grade.

Juvenile update

- Three Musketeers and Kisimul Trust jumped out at Wodonga on Monday with both impressing.
-Three Musketeers jumped out for the first time in his career and won heat four in a time of 48.08, while Kisimul finished third in a field of six in heat five.
- Both juveniles will run an official trial at Wangaratta on Monday before potentially running their first starts at Narranders on June 15.
- Our Anders x Soleil Brulant colt and All Too Hard x Desert Realm (NZ) filly have arrived in Wangaratta.
- Majestic Ines and Jingu Express are nearing jump outs and may potentially head to the races for the first time this prep.

ADR brigade nearing returns
- A number of ADR horses are nearing returns to the races with the likes of Shooting For Stars, Crimosa, College Dropout, Kiss The Bride, More Importance, Bellman, Deploy and Destroy and Brenlyn’s Trooper all gearing up for winter preps.

Upcoming meetings
- Albury (June 7), Adelaide (June 8) and Narrandera (June 15).
